Introducing Pippin le Chat, named for the queen of Virtue Farm. She makes sure the ciderhouses are protected and brings joy to all who visit our farm. 

Pippin le Chat is a 7.8% ABV (alcohol by volume) barrel fermented cider that is aged in French Oak. It’s a blend of Cox Orange Pippin, Spitzenburg, Dabinett, and Winesap apples. Serve it in a wine glass and breathe in overripe apple, chardonnay, oak, and vanilla with each sip.

Enjoy Pippin le Chat during cocktail hour alongside smoked fish with crusty bread and flaky crackers.
