Questions specific to VirtueCider.com and placing orders online for cider, merch and curbside pickup.

We currently ship ciders purchased online to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

Shipments are processed and shipped twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information.

For cider orders, you can update your account details through our fulfilment partner VinoShipper here.


For merchandise orders, you can update your account details here.

It can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for delivery of your order after it leaves Virtue Farm in Fennville, MI. Check UPS tracking for delivery updates. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for tracking to update after your order has shipped.

Yes, state law requires someone 21 years or older to sign for all deliveries of alcohol.

Yes, you will be able to select the UPS Access Point location during checkout.

Cider Society

Questions specific to your Cider Society membership.

As a Cider Society member, you will receive a seasonal box 4 times a year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter) mailed directly from our farm to your door. Each box will contain four bottles of the best small-batch ciders. Also enjoy member only perks such as 10% off + free shipping on all cider purchases online, early access to new cider releases, exclusive food + cider pairings at the farm, free tours and more!

You will pay $90 + tax per box each season. You will receive 4 seasonal boxes per year. Your subscription automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before the upcoming seasonal ship date.

You will be charged on the closing date for each seasonal box. You will receive an email confirming your order has been processed.

The date in which you sign up for Cider Society determines when you will receive your first seasonal box. Refer to Cider Society Shipping Dates section here for details on each seasonal box ship date.

If you would like to update your Cider Society shipping address to a UPS Access Point location please contact our fulfillment partner VinoShipper at CustomerService@VinoShipper.com or us at VirtueWebStore@gmail.com for assistance prior to your seasonal box shipping.

If your seasonal box has already shipped, you will need to contact UPS directly at 1 (800) 742-5877 with your tracking number.

We will try our best to accommodate any requests for adjusting the shipping dates of your order. Please contact us at VirtueWebStore@gmail.com for more assistance.

Yes, please contact us at VirtueWebStore@gmail.com before your seasonal box ships and we will hold your order for pick up. You will be able to pick up your Cider Society seasonal box any time after the designated ship date listed here. We will hold your order for up to 14 days.

You have 10% off and free shipping on all cider orders purchased online, here. The system should recognize your profile when browsing ciders. If not, when you add a cider to the cart and click sign in using your registered Cider Society email address, these discounts will be automatically applied during checkout.

Gift cards are only valid for purchases made at Virtue Farm in Fennville, MI.

You are not able to customize your Cider Society seasonal boxes.

Yes, you will need to register the gift recipient for their own Cider Society account. During sign up be sure to enter the intended recipients’ details in the shipping information. The credit card on file will be charged for each seasonal shipment.

Usually this is because of a credit card being declined or expired, but it could also be due to problems with the mailing address. Follow the link within your email or click here to update your account details. Once this is updated, it will trigger your order to be processed.
