What states do you ship cider?

We currently ship ciders purchased online to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

How long will my order take to process?

Shipments are processed and shipped twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information.

How do I update my credit card, billing or shipping details?

For cider orders, you can update your account details through our fulfilment partner VinoShipper here.


For merchandise orders, you can update your account details here.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

It can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for delivery of your order after it leaves Virtue Farm in Fennville, MI. Check UPS tracking for delivery updates. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for tracking to update after your order has shipped.

Is a signature required for delivery of my order?

Yes, state law requires someone 21 years or older to sign for all deliveries of alcohol.

No one will be home over the age of 21 at the time of delivery, can I ship my order to UPS Access Point?

Yes, you will be able to select the UPS Access Point location during checkout.

My order is missing/damaged/incorrect, how can I get a replacement?

We’re sorry you had issues with your delivery. Please contact our fulfillment partner Vinoshipper at CustomerService@VinoShipper.com and provide the following:

1. Order Number
2. Include pictures if the items are damaged
3. List the exact items which are damaged or incorrect

Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards are only valid for purchases made at Virtue Farm in Fennville, MI.

What do I get when I sign up for Cider Society?

As a Cider Society member, you will receive aseasonal box 4 times a year(Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter) mailed directly from our farm to your door. Each box will containfour bottlesof the best small-batch ciders. Also enjoy member only perks such as 10% off + free shipping on all cider purchases online, early access to new cider releases, exclusive food + cider pairings at the farm, free tours and more!

How much does each Cider Society seasonal box cost?

You will pay $90 + tax per box each season. You will receive 4 seasonal boxes per year. Your subscription automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before the upcoming seasonal ship date.

When will I be charged for my Cider Society membership?

You will be charged on the closing date for each seasonal box. You will receive an email confirming your order has been processed.

When will my Cider Society box ship?

The date in which you sign up for Cider Society determines when you will receive your first seasonal box. Refer to Cider Society Shipping Dates sectionherefor details on each seasonal box ship date.

If you would like to update your Cider Society shipping address to a UPS Access Point location please contact our fulfillment partner VinoShipper at CustomerService@VinoShipper.com or us at CustomerService@VirtueCider.com for assistance prior to your seasonal box shipping.

If your seasonal box has already shipped, you will need to contact UPS directly at 1 (800) 742-5877 with your tracking number.

Can I adjust the shipping windows for my Cider Society seasonal box?

We will try our best to accommodate any requests for adjusting the shipping dates of your order. Please contact us atCustomerService@VirtueCider.comfor more assistance.

My Cider Society box is missing/damaged/incorrect, how can I get a replacement?

I never received a confirmation email for my Cider Society signup. Did it process?

We recommend checking your spam/junk folder for your confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please reach out to CustomerService@VirtueCider.com so we can assist you further.

Can I cancel my Cider Society membership?

You can cancel at any time. Please contact us at CustomerService@VirtueCider.com for all cancellation requests.

Can I pick up my Cider Society box at Virtue Farm in Fennville, MI?

Yes, please contact us at CustomerService@VirtueCider.com before your seasonal box ships and we will hold your order for pick up. You will be able to pick up your Cider Society seasonal box any time after the designated ship date listedhere. We will hold your order for up to 14 days.

How do I use my Cider Society discount?

You have 10% off and free shipping on all cider orders purchased online, here. The system should recognize your profile when browsing ciders. If not, when you add a cider to the cart and click sign in using your registered Cider Society email address, these discounts will be automatically applied during checkout.

Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards are only valid for purchases made at Virtue Farm in Fennville, MI.

Can I customize my Cider Society box?

You are not able to customize your Cider Society seasonal boxes.

Can I give a Cider Society Membership as a gift?

Yes, you will need to register the gift recipient for their own Cider Society account. During sign up be sure to enter the intended recipients’ details in the shipping information. The credit card on file will be charged for each seasonal shipment.

I received a “club order failed to process” email, what do I need to do?

Usually this is because of a credit card being declined or expired, but it could also be due to problems with the mailing address. Follow the link within your email or click here to update your account details. Once this is updated, it will trigger your order to be processed.

Is my Cider Society discount good on merch sold online?

The Cider Society discount is only valid on cider orders purchased online, here.
