The 2025 release features fruit from the 2022 and 2023 harvests, aged in French oak wine barrels, alongside2024 harvest fruit aged in our American oak foeders. This complex blend of sharp and bittersweet apples offers a nose of wet oak, earthy undertones, and overripe red apple, with a moderate tannic finish.
