Lunettes Roses is made by fermenting heirloom apple cider and then aging it on whole cherries for three weeks. Once it is in bottles, Lunettes Roses is bottle conditioned and ends up a dry, bubbly, sparkling pink apple wine with notes of raspberry and grapefruit.
