Feast & Fellowship 2022

Feast & Fellowship is a cider made with apples pressed on our Farm in Fennville, Michigan that is aged on grape skins from our neighbors at Modales Winery. The grapes are a field blend of Bordeaux varieties from the La Esperanza Estate vineyard and are natively fermented for two weeks before undergoing extended maceration to soften the tannins. This cider is part of our Michigan neighbor series and pairs well with good food and even better friends.
