Our Cardinale cider is our collaboration with Wicked Weed Brewing. The Cardinal. Beautiful, wild birds of the woods. The bird of both North Carolina and Illinois inspired us to pair up for a release of Cardinale, a wild cider born of two states' apple trees and two dedicated barrel aging and blending teams.
