Cockscomb 2023

Cockscomb is named for the bright red crest on our rooster at Virtue Farm. Made with rare Schaerbeek cherries grown especially for us, Cockscomb is a Belgian Lambic inspired cider. Cockscomb has notes of tart cherry, leather and wood.
