Felix 2020

Named for Félix Kir, a French priest who took an active part in the French Resistance during WWII, helping with the escape of 5,000 prisoners of war. He was also the mayor of Dijon! During this time, Felix would serve a local drink made with white burgundy wine and crème de cassis, called a blanc-cassis to delegations. The drink took on the name Kir. Our version is made with Michigan cider. Vive Félix!
