Aardbei is our lambic-style cider made with a blend of heirloom Michigan apples and strawberries from Seedling Orchard in South Haven, Michigan. Aardbei (pronounced "ard-bay") is Dutch for strawberry, one of our favorite summer fruits that help flavor and color this tart and dry cider.
