Bertrand's Kriek 2019

Part of our Cidermaker Blend Series. Bertrand's Kriek cider is inspired by Belgian lambic beers. A still, dry cider aged in French oak barrels and then aged on whole Schaerbeek cherries. Lightly sour, tart, and vinous, this cider is reminiscent of a dry red wine.

Our cidermakers are complex and interesting people. Among them are scientists, audiophiles, brewers, sci-fi enthusiasts, and woodworkers. It is only fitting that our Fennville Cidermaker Blend would feature special releases that are as complex and interesting as our team.
