Genevra was aged for six weeks in gin barrels from our friends at Koval Distillery in Chicago, using the best heirloom apples Michigan offers. It is a moment in time that will never be the same again. With notes of juniper and a touch of salinity, Genevra pairs best with a seafood tower, paté or cucumber sandwiches.
